Haverhill Rovers Girls travelled to Histon for this top of the table clash.

Haverhill Rovers started well with Stacey Roper and Katie Schulz being a handful for the Histon defence.

Fifteen minutes of the game had gone when Haverhill went 1-0 up with a goal from Stacey and, five minutes later, Katie scored to make it 2-0.

Histon did have a few chances but found Alisha Jenkins, Jessica Fox and Rachel Jeffs on top form and clearing the ball. Charlotte Westrope was also dominating the midfield with Emily Pollecutt and Amy Hull.

Two minutes from half time Katie had a shot at goal that rebounded off the post and Amy tapped it in to an empty net to make the score 3-0 at half time.

In the second half Haverhill started strong with chances upon chances at the Histon goal, their rush goalkeeper saving everything.

Fifteen minutes in Stacey got her second and, five minutes later, Charlotte had a shot that deflected in to make it 5-0.

Evey Richardson, in goal, was called upon a couple of times and dealt with them confidently.
