After a few weeks off Haverhill made the long journey to Huntingdon for this cup match.

The game was spoilt by a very strong, swirly wind and it was very hard for both teams to put any passes together.

In the first half the play was mostly in the Haverhill half but with Huntingdon not troubling our 'keeper.

Haverhill did manage to score against the wind when Amy Hull sent a through ball to Katie Schulz, who ran towards the Huntingdon goal and, with a powerful shot, hit the back of the net; that was the half time score.

In the second half Haverhill were in the Huntingdon end for most of it but just couldn't get their second goal.

Chances did fall for Stacey and Chloe, who had good shots at goal, but the wind stopped them going in.

This was also another good game from Jessica Gower and Kama Jenkins. The final score was 1-0 and Haverhill are through to the last eight.
