Haverhill recorded their first win in four matches to send Walsham to their second league defeat in their last six.
Marcus Hunt opened the scoring from the penalty spot after 21 minutes after Richard Heller was brought down in the area by Trevor Newman.
The lead was doubled on the stroke of half time, Marc Abbott thumping his shot in off the far upright and past stranded goalkeeper Kevin Bugg.
Heller netted himself after 69 minutes when he stole the ball from Neil Gooderham and lifted it over Bugg, Sam Green completing the scoring five minutes later when he hit a controlled volley into the far bottom right corner.
