Haverhill lost their 100% league record as Wroxham retained theirs thanks to a goal three minutes into added time at the end of the game.
The hosts took the lead in the 22nd minute after Marc Abbott was brought down in the penalty area by Justin Fox, Marcus Hunt stepping up and sending goalkeeper Robert Woodcock the wrong way with his spot kick.
This lead lasted until 67 minutes had passed, Gary Gilmore cutting inside from the Wroxham left before turning past two defenders and putting a shot across goalkeeper Arron Benstead and into the net.
The winner came from a 35 yard free kick out on the left by Gavin Lemmon, the ball curling in and the home defence switching off for a moment, Benstead diving too late to stop the ball curling into the ground in front of the goal line and bouncing into the far right stanchion of the goal.
