| HAVERHILL ROVERS RESERVES | 6-0 | LONG MELFORD RESERVES |
Haverhill once more found the net six times, this time recording their biggest win of the season as made their chances of finishing top of their division much stronger.
They scored their first in the 26th minute, a good break ending with a cross from the right by Cody Frazier being headed in by Ryan Kent.
The hosts then scored three times in four minutes, a ball forward by Frazier in the 33rd minute allowing Shaun Banham to turn a defender with a nice touch before volleying into the far bottom left corner. Banham's cut back allowed Neil Green to score from close range two minutes later, Banham's header from a Chris Claydon corner coming off the back of a defender and Neil Hammond stabbing the ball home after 37 minutes to make the score 4-0.
A handball by Craig Green allowed Kent to score his second from the penalty spot in the 43rd minute, Daniel Bull's bullet header from a free kick going just wide of the Haverhill goal just before the break.
Stuart Alston hit the inside of a Haverhill post just after the half time break, the home side's sixth goal coming in the 67th minute as Neil Green scored his second of the evening, again from a Banham cut back, but this time lifting the ball over goalkeeper Sam Mansfield.
