| HAVERHILL ROVERS RESERVES | 6-1 | AFC SUDBURY RESERVES |
Haverhill made a good recovery from their hefty defeat to Witham a week earlier as a Sam Green hat trick helped them on their way to a very comfortable win.
Ryan Kent opened the scoring for the hosts on 11 minutes from the penalty spot, Ian Mamby handling the ball in the penalty area, before Green got his first two minutes later following a lay off from Chris Claydon.
Green's second came from outside the penalty area after a quarter of an hour, Kent heading in his second in the 43rd minute after a good cross from the right by Claydon.
Green's hat trick was sealed on the stroke of half time as he put the ball over goalkeeper Kevin Morrison from the right wing.
Substitute Mark Brandt scored an excellent goal for his side's sixth in the 61st minute when he latched on to a through ball by Cody Frazier and lashed the ball into the bottom right corner from the edge of the area.
Steve Day scored a consolation goal for Sudbury in the 80th minute.
