HAVERHILL ROVERS RESERVES
3-2
HADLEIGH UNITED RESERVES

A back and forth match ended with Haverhill securing all three points thanks to an injury time winner from half time substitute Craig Cutts.

Hadleigh took the lead on a quarter of an hour through a harshly given penalty kick that was netted by Darren Mills, Ross Elkins missing the chance to equalise himself from the spot after 41 minutes when Martin Westcott was brought down when his kick was well saved by Hadleigh goalkeeper Daniel Crump.

The hosts did equaliser seven minutes after the break when Cutts seized upon a lapse in the away defence to put the ball past Crump.

This only lasted until the 56th minute, however, when an error in the Haverhill defence allowed Ben Goodchild to flick the ball over his marker and then into the net.

The second equaliser for Haverhill came 10 minutes later when Harry Halls' header from a well placed free kick 20 yards out made the score 2-2.

Then, a minute into added time at the end of the match, Halls put in a corner from the left and Cutts' header took the smallest of touches of a defender's shoulder to leave Crump flat footed and unable to halt Haverhill's victory.
