NEWMARKET TOWN
2-1
HAVERHILL ROVERS

It's Newmarket who have the unenviable trip to Lowestoft midweek after winning this tie.

The first attack brought their first goal after 3 minutes, Lee Dixon's relatively unchallenged header from a Tony Beck corner opening the scoring.

Haverhill equalised in the 29th minute from the penalty spot, Joe Harvey being tripped by Ibby Abutarboush and Marcus Hunt converting the kick.

The home side's winner came six minutes after the break, Ben Mhishi putting the ball out to Beck and the latter coming inside before beating goalkeeper Arron Benstead at his near post.

Home 'keeper Andrew Youngs left the game before the restart following a first half head injury but Haverhill were unable to fully trouble replacement Stuart Claydon.
