HAVERHILL ROVERS
1-0
HADLEIGH UNITED

Haverhill made it six wins and six clean sheets in a row in the First Division as they momentarily regained fourth position in the table at the expense of Hadleigh.

The only goal of the game came after 20 minutes; Neil Cogger had his powerful 25 yard effort palmed behind by goalkeeper Luke Whitwell and, with Cogger swinging in the corner, Martin Westcott was able to steal in at the near post amongst a group of players to put the ball into the net.

There were further chances for the hosts, Sam Green having a short parried and a free kick out wide cleared off the line and behind by Ross Myhill.

Adam Salmons and Cogger both went close before the final whistle but neither side could alter the score line.
