Wanderers were left with one win in ten league games and further relegation worries with this match ending in stalemate.
Both goalkeepers were arguably their teams' best players, Gary Hammond in the away goal stopping Sam Green and Paul Shaw from putting Haverhill ahead.
Home shot stopper Jamie Smith was also called into action to acrobatically fingertip over a 35 yard free kick by Bradley Barber that was going into the top corner and a diving header that was the first touch of late substitute Robbie Bird.
The final chance for either side fell to home substitute Cody Frazier, whose close range effort was turned around the near post.
