WROXHAM
3-1
HAVERHILL ROVERS

Wroxham notched up their 4th win in 5 matches with this result despite being reduced to ten men just before the break.

They went ahead after 40 minutes when Gary Gilmore's placed shot from outside the area took a flick off the head of captain Gavin Lemmon en route to goal and deceived goalkeeper Liam Cutts.

Liam Manning received his marching orders for the hosts in the 44th minute when he stamped on Ben Cowling, but this was not to be the major moment of the match.

This was the second half introduction of Andy Key, who then proceeded to put his side three goals up with two early goals; his first came after 48 minutes when his cross from the left looped over Cutts and in off the middle of the far upright. Less than 60 seconds later he scored another, this time latching on to a diagonal ball to put a low first time shot across Cutts and into the net in the 49th minute.

Louis Harper netted a consolation goal on his debut for Haverhill when his 74th minute free kick from 25 yards was well placed as it curled into the bottom left hand corner of the net past fully stretched 'keeper Philip Smith.
