DOWNHAM TOWN
0-3
HAVERHILL ROVERS

Haverhill's unbeaten run stretched to ten games thanks to this comfortable win in Norfolk.

Two first half goals from Adam Salmons set them well on their way, his first coming in fortuotous circumstances on 20 minutes when he chased down goalkeeper Nathan Nicholls' clearance and it bounced off his head and also on the way into the net; his second came after 31 minutes after he latched on to a ball through by Andy Palazon before scoring through the legs of Nicholls.

The third goal came from substitute Ryan Kent in the 69th minute when he ran across goal and left two defenders for dead before firing a low shot back across the goalkeeper.

Matt Calvert and Liam Docherty had late close range efforts for Downham blocked on the Haverhill line.
